When you play badminton during the weekdays (peak time), it's CHF 31 but you get 45 minutes. On weekends you pay the same but you get an additional 15 minutes more. It gets quieter over the weekends so it all makes sense. If you forget to bring your equipment they helpfully will lend you but for a price (pretty reasonable about CHF 10). And if you forget to even bring clothes or sneakers don't fret, they sell all of that here! :-)

Thankfully in Zurich it doesn't happen much but certainly the 2015 summer was an anomaly and did get its fair share of smelly hot days.
The shower facilities have improved from years ago and I use it bc it's clean. So that's also a very helpful plus when you come here
Best of all, it's only a several minute train ride from Bahnhof Stadelhofen and direct access train to Aarau. Not too shabby!
