Not sure why there aren't other reviews here, but trust me- this place is perfect for anyone new to the gym life or continuing their rigorous training regime after switching from another gym. Coming from an all-woman's gym in California, I'd say the competition was high. Nevertheless, the price here is just right for everything it offers. Staff are very friendly and I rarely find the gym too busy for me. Plus, I love the separate Lady Fitness area. I do wish they had more equipment for the ladies, but I've grown to fall in love with this gym (my second home). The lockers are nice and spacious, they have a sauna and showers, and they also offer classes (which I hope to try one day). All in all, it's a great place to get your workout in and then relax with a protein shake or coffee at their cute little bar.
