Originally, i had bought a coupon off a deal site for La clinique de source sante, but was not…read morefeeling at all reassured after calling to make my first appointment and reading the reviews. Then, I came across Lucie's contact on CCHCC (http://www.cchcc.ca/cchcc/en/index.htm), Quebec's organization for certified colon hydrotherapists. From the moment I contacted her, to the end of my session I was very pleased with Lucie's services. She was very informative about how to prep for my session before my appointment, and explaining the procedure during the session, as well as what to expect therafter. Her clinic is located in NDG, it is a discrete and welcoming therapy environment. Very clean atmosphere with a private bathroom located within the therapy room (it also had a bidet). The process was not at all what I imagined it would be like, it was much better actually. I thought the process would be humiliating, messy and painful. But it actually was not painful at all, because she pays close attention to changes during the session to make modifications when they are needed. It was a clean process and she uses disposable kits, so you can be sure the materials are clean. And I did not feel at all humiliated, because Lucie was friendly yet professional. It is also reassuring to know her therapy practice follows a rigorous standard according to the CCHCC. I definitely recommend the benefits of colon hydrotherapy, and Lucie's services. I'm looking forward to my next session :)

I was dealing with serious medical complications stemming from endometriosis and an emergency hysterectomy when I met her and it was necessary for me to weed out the true Ayurvedic medical doctor from the ones who are more spa oriented. I interviewed many Ayurvedic doctors/practitioners before deciding to work with Bita and I am confident that I made the right choice. I am now free of symptoms and feel fantastic. Bita is a warm, caring person with the knowledge and intellect to truly understand the interconnectedness of the human body, mind and spirit in a way that brings true healing to her clients.

So needless to say, I have had to meet a couple of physiotherapists in my day, most of them terrible. At one point, I was in such bad shape, that I asked a pro sportsperson for help, Clinique du plateau came very highly recommended. I was pretty much blown away when after one session, my therapist identified an underlying issue I had no idea about. It all made sense then! Over the years she has dealt patiently with all my aches, and questions, which not many health professionals do.Now, this is a physio clinic, so 1) it's private, expect to shell out 75$ per session (you do get an insurance receipt) and 2) expect having exercises to do at home, they are half the fun! They deal with any physical issue that might arise, not only sport injuries but also facial therapy, pediatrics and dry-needling..
