I would have given 0 stars I could. I have registered for their Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction…read more(MBSR) few weeks before the class which cost around $600. Apparently they had sent me questionnaire which went to my spam email. I have received no follow-up, notification or reminder from MindSpace after that date, which felt weird for an expensive service such as this. I tried to call, email and message them to inquire about my status. They never picked up the phone or answered their emails. I am very disappointing with my experience.

I don't have the discipline to practice mindfulness without a guide, however, but have continued to use MindSpace for other counseling services including dealing with the sudden loss of both my parents and depression (also brought on my chronic pain.) Would recommend. (They've also given me receipts for everything, so I'm not sure about that other persons review)
