The owner of the company was the one who came and told me he started his own company after working for other companies for several years. He charges a flat rate of $175.00 which is a great price because I called two other companies and one quoted me $275.00 and the other one would not give me a quote instead he wanted to talk to me on the phone. Highly recommend this new company where the owner is friendly and did a great job spraying my house!

The rate was about the same as the other Pest places but here they don't try and lock you into a year of service to provide a discount. You just use them when you need them, and the price stays the same... So I really liked that aspect from this business. They came by the house for the appointment on time and was very thorough. I have been having issues with fruit flies, so he checked my drains to see if there was any grime and nasty stuff that they could be thriving on. Then he did the inside and outside of the house, and we were good to go. He uses a plant based spray so it is ok to use indoors and around pets, don't have worry about those highly toxic chemicals getting you or your loved ones sick (Super bonus for me). They did a great job, and again at a reasonable price and I will be sure to call them when I need their services again.
