I called 4/29/21 and spoke with Melissa. I was told it takes 10 days to receive once they issue refund but it depends on when they issue. Texas law states refunds should be issued in 30 days. Being that we were paying out of pocket we price hunted, they seemed to be the most reasonable so we set an appointment. The appointment date was set about a month out from the phone call. Upon going the appointment the price was 200 for an ultrasound and 140 for the mammogram. Could have gone somewhere else sooner for cheaper.

Because she's not going to be here later. So the wait in line and sitting for me was useless because they skipped my labs so they can do the people behind me. (Yes, I know I run the risk of being here with a wait time and that there is going to be people before me and that it's a process. But when I come in at a certain time because I know I need to be here early and the staff gives a sooner pass to irresponsible people it's very upsetting and unfair.)
