First is my MRI experience - At 12:25 they checked me in and just after 1 pm, I was taken upstairs…read morefor my Prohance dye injection. This is where the doctor uses an ultrasound to inject contrast dye into a joint for the MRI. From there I was taken back downstairs where I changed into scrubs and was left alone in a waiting area for another hour. As I sat there, I wondered what would happen if I had an anaphylactic reaction, no one checked on me the whole time. I had time to Google the FDA recommendations for timing between injection and MRI and I learned that the MRI should take place within one hour of the dye injection. I wondered if they would have to redo the painful injection. At 2:05, someone came by to let me know it would be five more minutes and not to worry- the dye lasts. It's just no fun to hang out in a gown for more than one hour. I was there just over two hours. I went back the next week for a mammogram and that took 30 minutes total from when I parked my car to when I was leaving again in my car. Much better experience.

I was originally told my financial responsibility would be $322.00. I paid this on the date of service but later received a bill for an additional $522.00. I have had to make several phone calls to their billing department about this and have been told they would investigate and get back to me. Then I receive more demands for payment, and no one ever calls back. It's also often hard to understand what the billing agent is saying due to a language barrier (I speak English). This makes the problem even more frustrating.

Would definitely recommend. My doctor decided to order an MRI on Friday around noon and I was able to get it at 3pm on the same day. When I arrived at ProScan, I received some MRI screening forms, etc. they did a great job highlighting them so I only had to fill out the minimum. The waiting room had distanced chairs, the pens were marked in clean/dirty containers and everyone (staff + patients) were masked. I waited under 10 min before heading back for my scan. The rad tech who took me back to the MRI stowed my things in a locked cabinet, made sure I had questions answered and talked me through the scan. She was upfront about the duration and noise (provided me with earplugs) and when I started to get a little antsy in there, she was a great cheerleader. As a doctor, I know how important it is to have a disc of images to take to any future subspecialists so I loved that they had me wait and burned a disc that I could leave with. Pros: They have their own parking lot (even though it's a busy street), friendly and supportive staff, great COVID precautions. Disc of images provided when finished.

They have had a…read morelady call on the phone with results and then she can not answer basic questions asked back to her. I did this a could of times with her on telephone calls. I finally got tired of the back and forth and asked that she have the Dr just respond to my question in the portal. If any of the lab/X-ray/Ultrasound results do not fall into their "box" they don't bother to make referrals or suggestions as to what to do going forward. This shows a total lack of respect for patient concerns.

They make calls on Fridays when their office is closed and while I'm at work, and you can't return the call until Monday. However, they do not answer the phone Monday-Thursday either when they are open. You have to leave a voicemail using their incredibly disorganized auto attendant. There is no option to leave a message with a question or returning a call, only to leave a message about a prescription refill. The people leaving voicemails don't give an extension number so that's not an option. It tells you someone will return the call within 48 hours, but that's not true ime. I've been calling for a week to return the call about my test results and discuss the meds the doctor suggested because I've been in a miserable flare up for 15 days and have a knee swollen that doesn't want to bend rn, and no one is returning the calls or answering the phone.

I was amazed when I went to this facility for cataract surgery. She took all my vitals and inserted a pick line for the sedation. During my wait for surgery I had three different nurses visit, the Anesthesiologist and Dr. Blair who was going to do the surgery. The operation was easy and I had no complications. After surgery they took me to a recovery room. The nurse there was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything I needed to know for recovery. In total it took about three hours. I look forward to returning there in two weeks to have surgery on my other eye.

Special thanks and a SHOUTOUT TO LEMOND, and JEN (both post-op nurses)!! Lemond was super fabulous, and I had to give him a hug for taking such great care of my daughter! The other post-op staff offered my grandchildren popsicles and skittles for being so well behaved. Even when taking her out to the car, Jen and another nurse were patient and helped her get safely into the car. I'm so grateful for everyone we encountered today (6/27/25)!!!!!
