Did not respond to emails for days. Tried twice to get my CPR card. Never got it. Had to contact American Heart Association to get card.

This is my 3rd time renewing my certification. Open Heart was recommended by a co worker that also thought it was a great place. I had called around first to get pricing and the couple of American Heart training facilities in this area are the same. The customer service from others was not. I even had one instructing place talking bad about open heart, which I think is the most unprofessional thing a business could do, speaks poorly about them selves. One of the instructor was a licensed respiratory therapist at one time and knew her stuff. Her Husband also teaches with her and keeps the class alive with his humor. As a pair they made a boring class enjoyable. They teach class out of a basement class room in a very nice neighborhood. They have a very clean class room that taught the 4 of us very well. They have pre printed notes for you to use and write on, new clean books, the equipment is in great condition compared to my last class, cleaned after every use. My husband would love the big screen on the wall. I recommend this as the best training place I have re-certified from. read more
