Hi! Thank you for visiting Open Door Psychology’s page. Looking for a therapist can be daunting! Where do you start? Who do you choose? I totally understand how overwhelming it can be, especially taking that first step. At Open Door Psychology, the door is open for you, your family member and family to come and work through the symptoms you are experiencing. With over 8 years of counselling experience, I am comfortable supporting clients with a range of presenting concerns, such as burnout, parenting, family dynamics, relationship strains, postpartum anxiety/depression, stress, feeling overwhelmed, anger, grief, loss, depression, anxiety and other factors impacting emotional, personal and professional realms.
An integrated approach is utilized, matching strategies and interventions to the unique needs of each client. However, I often lean on solution-focused, CBT, narrative, wholistic, strength-based, and person-centred approaches.
