So I called and made one for the following Saturday. I walked in and was a little surprised to see that the owner, Eli, had this crazy head of hair and the customers waiting were all half my age. But sure enough, at my appointment time, he took me ahead of another customer and gave me the best, boring "old man" haircut I had been seeking.
