terrible coffee. ham cheese and tomato toasties don't have tomato but some tomato jam . got a cheese toastie for my son but it came with pesto. when I said he doesn't like pesto they said " we don't make cheese toasties without pesto". Love the original Ooomph in a back street East Gosford. Great vibe, amazing selection of delicious and healthy food and always great coffee. This is a nice cafe in East Gosford. It is down an alley way and has two different seating areas. The best thing about this cafe is the food rather than the coffee. The coffee is good but not great. However the food is worth coming across for. As there aren't many 'hipster' cafes in the area this one gets quite busy. They have vegan and vegetarian options which makes it a plus if you have friends who are anti-meat. However, if you are a meat eater - order the burger. Best thing on the menu. If you are not looking for a giant meal, then they have pastries and little bits of things. So if you are in the area this cafe is defiantly worth the visit. read more

Awesome cafe. Coffee a bit colder than normal but lovely meal. Had a mini burger ('burjer') and was absolutely spectacular. Would recommend to anyone although hard to find but good for the locals. read more

Overpriced for very small portions. They're known for their mini burgers but they take the mini part seriously and don't reflect that in the price. The atmosphere is cool and I love the layout but you wouldn't buy any of the items that are for sale as they are ridiculously overpriced. Vintage has become code for expensive! The coffee is good and they have a good selection of cakes and sweets but don't go here if you're hungry there are better alternatives. read more

I read some negative reviews but I actually thought this place was pretty good! I read that the coffee was no good, but I've worked with Pablo&Rustys beans and my long black was great! Myself and my friends were happy with our breakfasts, and the other meals we saw looked just as nice! I've been to better warehouse style cafes but this is definitely the best cafe I've been to in this area of the coast! Ooomph is a little bit of surry hills or melbourne tucked away in East Gosford, whenever we are nearby we hit it up for yummy healthy food, great coffee and tasty treats. Hotcakes are a fond memory! read more

I had the truckers pancakes, they were swimming in maple syrup. the pancake itself was so stodgy and thick and had a strong flour flavour. It had not been cooked through. I went to get some of the complimentary filtered water and all of the glasses were dirty that was stacked next to the water bottles. The table that I sat at was sticky and dirty as well. The only thing that made this place worthwhile was the coffee. It was perfect. I would not eat food here again. Also the address is deceiving, you have to go up the laneway. There is a car park at the back which is quite convenient. read more
