The front office is sketchy, and the office manager is incompetent. In the last year I've noticed a habit of not being honest with patients. Making promises to do something and it never happens. I verified my concerns with pharmacies in the area, and it seems a lot of people are complaining. It seems like they have reduced their level of care and are not addressing patients needs on a grand scale. I am looking for another doctor and would not recommend anyone with needs greater than the common cold visiting this office.

Saw the…read moredoctor on Tuesday for respiratory (Bronchitis) and was given prescriptions for that condition as well as for diabetic supplies. Upon pick up at the pharmacy, the only one available was the antibiotic. All the rest according to the pharmacist (good one by the way) all are covered by Medicare Part B and need a corresponding form. Here it is two days later and still no prescriptions for the inhaler and diabetic supplies and still getting the run around by the clinic. I guess they'll get that over there when it is most convenient for them rather than the needs of their patient. Very poorly done folks, customer service really sucks. Front end staff is very, very poor with the exception of one lady (I apologize for not knowing your name my dear), very rude and by god letting you know just who is in charge here...

Their new AI phone system says they are open, but then after you leave a message, they say they are closed. Now, completely out of medication, I am now going to suffer until I the weekend, in addition to the two weeks I have been requesting this refill (through the pharmacy and the clinic itself).
