Fun, chic and affordable. This boutique should be called love la la!! This place is so wonderful. It's such a treat and I love driving home with my new bags full of gorgeous clothes. For the most part I agree with what has been written here regarding the customer service at Ooh La La. When I first went in there with my daughter we were snubbed by the help. I mean dirty looks and the whole nine yards. I was NOT impressed. Especially since I spent a lot of money in there. I got the feeling that the girls were all close friends and very clicky. However, in the last few months the service has turned around. I have found most of the girls friendly and willing to help. I would have never gone back but my daughter likes the clothes. But now since the service is better, I will be back for myself. read more

My wife and I have shopped at Oh La La ever since it has been opened. It used to be really personal, they would recognize returning customers. I spend around 100-150 a month there for my wife. Now they treat my wife very rude, they are snootie with her.... and have become to big for their own good. we are really unhappy about our last few expierences with this shop... read more

Until recently I have enjoyed shopping at this location. They have a good selection of clothes at reasonable prices. However, their customer service and return policy need some work. I purchased a Christmas gift for my sister a few months ago (doing early shopping) and when I gave it to her at Christmas it didn't fit. Since the store still had the item in stock, she went to exchange sizes but they rudely refused to assist her since the item was purchased a few months ago. This is upsetting because the item still had Ooo La La tags on it and was still in stock at the store. Because of this type of poor customer service, I will no longer be shopping there. read more

Ooh La La has a great owner. I feel so bad for not updating this sooner. I am now very happy with Ooh La La and I will be a customer for life. I previously experienced bad service but the store owner made things right. She is a woman that takes pride in her business and reputation. I didn't think anyone would care about what happened but she did. She spoke to her employees about the situation and let them know that great customer service is the most important thing. A bad impression can last forever and some people do not give second chances. When I payed Ooh La La another visit there was a huge change in attitude with the employee. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked if I needed help with anything multiple times. This is what I consider outstanding customer service! I am so appreciative of the store's owner and how much she cared about my bad experience. So all in all Ooh La La has amazing clothes and accessories, great employees, great ownership and me as a customer for life! I recommend Ooh La La to everyone! read more

It is disconcerting that someone can be so bitter and hateful that they want to falsely destroy others such as Katie M. attempted in the review on 11/12/09. Her comments leads one to believe that there are other agendas for her efforts such as; the possibility of being an disgruntle ex- employee. I discovered Ohh La La quite by accident and I am so glad I did. I found the clothes and accessories to be very stylish and trendy and most of all affordable. I have two daughters with very different styles with their clothing and accessories. I have a difficult time trying to pick out clothing for them as I seem to not quite get their taste right. The Ohh La La staff quickly picked up on their individual styles and have helped me tremendously with purchasing items for them. I no longer have to have my daughters with me when I purchase them items from Ohh La La. This save me time and I am able to surprise them with items they really like. I have always found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I like the convenience of being able to run in and out of the store without the chaos of large department stores or shopping malls. Ohh La La offers discounts and other incentives. I have returned several items and have never been refused a return. I feel very fortunate that we have a fashion store of this high quality in our neighborhood. read more

Not worth it!!! I received a shirt as a birthday gift from a friend, but it was the wrong size! I took it in to exchange it for a smaller size and they would not allow it; eventhough, I had a gift receipt!!! 40 dolrs wasted and the owner is to blame...WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! read more

I took my teenage daughter shopping at Ooh La La today and wanted to comment on how professional and friendly the staff was towards my daughter (and me). I was so impressed with how the ladies interacted with my teenager. It was a breath of fresh air to shop at a clothing store where the employees are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. We shopped for tops and jean shorts and left with a bagful. Ooh La La is the perfect place to find some original, well made clothing. read more

I came into the store last week after spending the day at soccer games all day and was looking for an outfit for a last minute dinner. I was in a rush and the store was packed but Chelsea made sure I was taken care of even though she was busy with other customers wanting dressing rooms. She was such a huge help and so sweet, I told her what I was looking for and where I was going to eat and she picked out the PERFECT outfit, exactly what I was looking for! Love love love her! Tried to give her $20 or at least buy her a scarf for her help but of course she refused... I was honestly disappointed. I went in once before to this location and had a fantastic experience. The person who helped me out was wonderful. However I went recently to find you're doors were locked. I would assume you were closed. But as I looked inside there was a last minute customer waiting to be checked out. There was one lady stocking a restocking the racks and the other was on the phone! Just standing there twirling her hair. The woman waiting was looking VERY impatient. As I got in my car the women left looking very displeased and the retail clerk just locked the doors and stared at me. Very poor service. I will not be coming to this location. read more

I shop here every week! I spend quite a bit on money in this store and they have cute clothes. But every week the girls are so rude and stuck up! There is only one girl who is always helpful when I go in there! I will only have her help me... They need to train their girls on customer service skills... if I go in there with sweat pants and a sweatshirt I get no attention its such a standard there, so rude! I still shop there but I always leave with cute clothes but always annoyed with the girls that work there. read more

I purchased a dress this evening at the Willow location and the girls working were very helpful. They even took the time to help me find a necklace to complete the outfit. I had just purchased a dress at their Bullard location and was told about getting 10% off my next purchase (it's on the receipt). However, I totally forgot about this until after she swiped my card and completed the transaction. When I mentioned it, she refused to make an exception because I remembered after the transaction was complete. I can understand if I tried to come back and get the discount on a separate day, but come on... I was a few seconds too late? That's silly in my eyes. Any other store would have made sure their customer was satisfied when they walked out the door. Sure, it was only $6 that I would have saved, but it's the principle at this point. I spent money in 2 of their locations within one hour. I would think that should count for something. So, my tip to all of you, make sure you don't forget about your coupon buried in your purse because they won't honor it unless it's front and center at the very start of your transaction. read more

Disappointing! I like this boutique becuse they have a lot of cute clothes and accessories. However, some of it seems overpriced for asian knock-off stuff and there are NO refunds. One nice surprise is that they give you a 10% credit on what you spend to use the next time you come in. This is why I gave such a low review, I exchanged a pair of $100 dollar jeans (again, no refunds) and my 10% credit was taken away. So although they still had my $100 plus tax, I was not able to keep the 10% for my next purchase! That's just stupid. read more
