Sometimes it's nice to have someone hold space for you, & not for me to help myself through it all on my own all the time lol. Keyla has a wonderful and soft energy and is intuitive in the work we did together. Walking into her space I felt the immediate shift. She encourages her active clients to check in with her as they feel called to and I look forward to doing so soon or quarterly:)
