Grossly dishonest. Drove 3.5 hrs to see a vehicle that was supposed to be a high top van without rust. In fact it was a low top van with a dead battery (jumped to start a test-drive), covered in rust. Additional features include a mess of frayed wires zip-tied underneath the vehicle and a very sloppy paint job on top of the vehicle. We had to walk back to the dealer because the battery died before we could drive back. Avoid at all cost. read more

Drove 90 minutes one way to look at an 04 duramax my brother was going to buy, that to quote the ad, "runs and drives good" Upon my arrival, I found that the truck had a check engine light on, brake light on, a "service brake system" message on the dash, and an abs light on. After the dealer jump started the truck (yes this truck that "runs and drives good" wouldn't even start on it's own), I was going to go for a test drive. Until I went to back the truck out of the spot it was parked in and found it had no power steering either. I specifically asked beforehand if there were any issues whatsoever with the truck because I was making such a long trip to go get it, and was told it had no known issues. So here's what I found when I got there: No power steering Check engine light Brake light Abs light Both rear doors stuck shut with handles broken off on the outside Passenger front door only opened from the inside Fuel line was leaking Front differential was leaking Gear selection display on dash didn't work Completely wrong hood on truck (I've owned many of that body style trucks, the hood that was on it belongs on a 1500, the 2500/3500 hoods are raised at the front to provide the clearance for the Diesel engine) So this truck that needs motor work, brake work, and steering work, "runs and drives good" I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that is not local to them, and even if your local I would have your own mechanic inspect the vehicle before you purchase it from this dealer. read more

What a rip off!!! Drove from NY. Spent the night near there. Woke up in the morning, Drove the truck around it ran pretty good spent $10,000 on the truck it's self. Not including fuel, hotel room the rental on a car trailer to bring my car home. I told them we were having a rough year, our house had burned to the ground, I had a stroke (almost had died). So far we have put a little over $5000.00 in parts just so we can sell it, now only 6 months later and all the diesel mechanics we have talked to tell us we were ripped off. We can't do a thing about it because, we bought it in Ohio and we are from New York. I am still trying to figure out how they can sleep at night, knowing they may cause me to have another stroke, let alone the fact my husband and I have almost gotten a divorce over, this truck. Our only hope is to sell it at a loss, please be aware of these people. read more

Saw several trucks advertised through Auto Trader from this dealership that interested me. Was looking to buy cash out, no financing. The pictures of the truck looked great, could not see any damage or rust issues. Called the dealership and they told me no damage or rust issues on any of the trucks I was interested in, plus they said the trucks ran great with no mechanical issues. On a Saturday, I drove 3 hours one way from WV to Akron Ohio to look over these trucks, confident the dealership had not lied about them. Upon arrival, saw one of the trucks I was interested in right away, walked around it and found lots of damage, rear bumper bent in, which bent the bedside in as well, rust in many places, dry cracked tires, on and on. Pictures did not show any of this and dealer obviously lied. Moved on to another truck they had listed that I was interested in, this truck in pictures showed shiny metallic paint, advertised as a new paint job, I guess you could say it was a new paint job maybe done by a 10 year old. Seriously looked like someone spray painted it. There were several "salesman" standing around outside of the dealership, which is just a small building on a tiny lot, none of them offered to come talk with me so I had to go to them. They were not polite, downright rude to be honest. They basically told me the trucks are as is and if I don't like the trucks then leave. So instead of anything escalating further, I just cut my losses and left. My only hope is that my review can help someone in the future, please be very careful dealing with this dealership, they are very shady and none of the vehicles I saw on the lot looked anything like the pictures advertised. read more

Worst car hunting experience ever, period. Looked at a truck that i found on craigslist. The ad said "No rust, needs nothing, runs great, excellent vehicle." After viewing the photos I noticed what looked like a rust spot, the center caps were missing off the rear wheels and had a couple of other questions, so i called. I asked about the rust spot and was told it was just dirt that was on the truck during the photo. I told them i would have to drive 5 hrs one way to look at the truck and wanted to know of any issues with it. They assured me it was great. I drove there to find the rust spot was rust, the front tires were trashed because of worn front axle components, two large dents in the hood, one body mount folded back against the frame, the tailgate was so bent it wouldn't close properly and several other issues. When I told them how unhappy i was about the vehicles condition, they told me that they never told me those things. So i left, angry about the wasted fuel and time. I then called the sales person i talked to to confront him, after a less than friendly exchange I ended the call. I was then called back by the sales person, who then told me he was a man of his word, after lying again repeatedly. He offered to pay for the $100 in fuel i had wasted if i came back. I went back and into the establishment, only to be confronted by several people, called a liar and harassed. I told them i didn't come back to argue about their junk truck, but to get my money. They then handed me $30, at which point i walked out and cut my losses. Not even true to his word about refunding me fuel costs, I can only assume that this guy must be a pathological liar. This business is out to rip people off. I hate to see some of the stuff they have passed off on less aware consumers. Buyer beware here! read more

Imports Auto Group and On Line Auto Warehouse same. Worst vehicle shopping experience ever. First called them several times with questions and got all the right answers seemed like a honest dealer . Told person I would be coming 150 miles he said vehicle is good needs nothing come see. so we did. Vehicle sure is not as described. Bald tires, bad batteries, broken mirror, missing parts, opened door the door lock window controls were hanging and not secured to door panel and the stench of rot and smoke about knocked me over so I did not even look inside . As the sales person tried to get the vehicle to turn over it was apparent we were lied to Vehicle never did start even with jumpers.. Wish dealers would be upfront and honest with there vehicles. If he would of represented the vehicle honestly I would of never wasted my time and hard earned money or traveled 300 miles round trip to see this vehicle and because this dealer was dishonest I did not look at anything else on his lot. read more
