It is…read morealways astounding to me - in this day & age - when businesses are closing everywhere - when an owner does not care about keeping a paying customer satisfied ! I called to inquire about color changing nail polish and was told that they did have it available. I asked the price of the refill and if the color changing nail polish was included and was told it was. When I looked at the colors - I asked once again - if it was included - and was told again that it was. When I finally decided on a color - I asked if it was included with the refill and was told it was ! Once it was time to apply the polish - I asked to pay (as I always do at other salons) and was told not until it was finished (which seemed odd) Now I know why !! I was shocked when my bill was a whopping $30 (instead of $20) - I asked why and was told because the polish is extra !! I explained that I had asked at least 3 times and was told it was included. I could not understand why - NOT once did they say that there was an extra charge !! They did not care - they wanted $30 and did not care at all about customer satisfaction ! No wonder they did not want me to pay before the polish was applied - I would NOT have used this polish if I knew they were going to charge $10 for it !! Now I realize that this was a scam from the start !! I am sure it will not be too long before I pass this store and see the brown papers on the windows - and with the way they acted today - they deserve it !!
