I worked with a lady who claimed she was the branch manager. She made an error and I ended up having two withdrawals made within 4 days of each other. I tried twice to correct the error over the phone. She told me what info she needed, which I provided. I didn't hear from her. I called and was told that the information was rejected. I asked twice for her manager to call me, which never happened. I then stopped by and spoken with a male employee who understood my issue. He to explain to the manager who still could not comprehend. She proceeded to speak to me while 3 desks away (Where was customer respect or confidentiality)? I walked to her desk, even another employee that was next to her understood. But this "manager" spoke down to me like I was a child. Eventually I did get angry and raised my voice. I told her I was leaving before things got bad. I turned to leave and the "manager" gave another smart remark. I told her to call the police, to which she responded "do we need protection" or words of that effect. I left, sat in my car a few minutes to calm down and left. 1 1/2 hours later, the police showed up at my house. He asked me if there was an incident at One Main, which I said yes and told him what happened and that I never threated anyone. He informed me that no one said I threatened them, but they are afraid of me, and don't want me to come back.
So, the "manager" screws my payment up, won't correct it, talks to me like I am a child (I have to be at least 25 years older than she is), and then she sends the police to my house.
If I could rate them a zero, I would. read more
