If I could give this place zero stars I would. They put on a happy face and chat with you and say…read moretheir honest. Then you mention the navigation doesn't work on a test drive and it's blow off. Oh just out any SD card in there for memory and the maps will work" is what Thomas told me. Well after bringing it home and doing more research, you cannot buy and SD card. It's has to be a Mercedes SD card that is permanently attached to my cars vin and can never be used again. Mercedes states it must be NEW from them to work! Thomas sends me a pic of the $23 knock off SD card from Walmart that is "universal" SD card that I need to buy and it will be fine. Sure Thomas, I guess Mercedes is wrong and you are right. So he make me call his manager and says he's expecting your call. Well I immediately call and the manager says idk what you're talking about. This is the 1st I'm hearing of it and you signed "as is" for the car. Who wants a nice big Mercedes screen without MAPS!? No offer to try and fix it or even to buy and install their "$23 fix" that would definitely work. Acted like such nice people then you sign and that's over. Definitely WONT be referring ANYONE here not even my won worse enemy. Also, I went to pick up my plate today and it wad unable to be attached properly. I waited over an hour for them to fix it and attach the plate and frame I brought. After waiting that long they apologized and

Bought a Certified BMW from there back in November with about 77k miles. Recently, (less than 3k…read moremiles) the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle back to have them check it out. They informed me that it needed spark plugs and coils. They said these items need to be replaced at 80k miles. My question, as a certified vehicle, shouldn't the seller ensure that this "Certified" vehicle have a tuneup before selling. Part of being certified is ensuring that these things have been checked and are in good condition. Now, after purchasing this vehicle less than 90-days prior, I have to cover a $734 tune up. The best part of selling cars are repeat, satisfied customers. That, you will NOT have in me! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
