First time here and pretty up smh this is not my first time using them and I'm currently using them but my first time here was a waste i was completely upset. The night before coming here i was approved online for a loan the following morning a representative called me with a follow up Call to complete the process and tell me that I needed to come into the store to sign the paperwork. I left work early to make sure that I make it in time to meet with the representative, but I was just a tad bit late and someone else had to assist me. They also did a second up on call to make sure that I was actually on the way which I actually was five minutes away at the time The representative that called me said the original person that was supposed to help me had to go for the day so she's gonna help assist me when I get there. Long story short I met with the new representative who basically just wasted my time and told me unfortunately I was no longer approved at the verify two forms of ID. I was very furious and walked out because at the end of the day you guys called me to come in just to waste my time. I could've been told that over the phone instead of two different people calling me telling me I was approved just for me to come in to sign paperwork for you guys to tell her how to tell me that I was no longer approved.
