This is indeed a hard-working, professional, family-owned business committed to their trade. The estimate I received was reasonable. They were accurate with their timelines from start to finish. The final result was nothing less than impressive. As a 100% satisfied customer, I most definitely will use their services again.

When I saw him using my tool without asking a second time, I addressed this with him. He would also poke his gloved fingers through my fence to what he thought was playing with my dogs, but it was irritating my dogs which was unnecessary. This became tiresome and went with other companies where a more professional service was provided.

We sent her a Marriage Certificate to be apostilled by the State, and her staff took it PERSONALLY to the Florida Department of State the SAME DAY, picked it back up also PERSONALLY the very same day it got done by the state, and then immediately mailed it to us! --- We had the same service done by ANOTHER COMPANY to another document before; it took forever, and we never got it in the end! But Teresa and her staff did this one in RECORD time! Do not waste your time and money trying other companies! Florida Capital Courier Services promises AND delivers in record time and for an excellent price! The experience was so good for us, that I wish we needed to have more documents done so I could send those to Florida Capital Courier! Lol!

Buyer beware when trusting this business with valuable items…read more This involved our 50-year-old hand-knotted Persian rug, a high-value piece worth thousands of dollars, so communication and care were extremely important to us. After concerns were raised about the initial cleaning, Wade agreed that the rug would be re-cleaned and picked it back up. I was the primary point of contact from that point forward -- and then I was completely ignored. For over five weeks, while he had possession of our rug, I called and texted repeatedly and received no response at all. The only time I heard back was after I stated that we would need to take formal action to have our property returned. At that point, he finally responded and confirmed that the re-cleaning had not even been started. The issue was never resolved, and my request for a refund due to the lack of follow-through and communication was ignored. What made this experience especially upsetting was being left in the dark for weeks while someone had possession of valuable personal property. Ignoring a customer under these circumstances shows a serious lack of professionalism and basic human decency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
