I set it up for last Friday before Noon as I had a crew waiting to spread. About 11:30 still no show so I called only to hear that my order was put in the Saturday delivery folder, not Friday's! They eventually came but lost my crew for the day. This was the more disappointing part. I typically order 7 yards from Anderson which was always more than enough but this year I went with 8 yards just to have extra for the fall. I was surprised when we fell short and questioned if we actually received the full 8 yards. Spoke to Nancy and explained what we experienced, but was assured after talking to her people that we got what we paid for. I was more disappointed that as a long time customer who never had a prior complaint that no consideration was offered to make me whole, not even for a single $42/yard of mulch! I don't think that would have been a lot to ask or even consider that a mistake may have been made. Perhaps they will restore my faith and call me back

In addition to all this unexpected act of kindness, Jeff positioned it so effectively that moving this heavy planter into its final spot was effortless. I arrived before closing time and was in the middle of placing my order when she abruptly refused to continue because it was exactly 4:30 PM. Despite already starting the order, she insisted they couldn't proceed because they had been working since 6 AM and needed to leave. I understand wanting to close on time, but refusing to complete an order that had already begun--just minutes before closing--is unacceptable. While I was discussing delivery details with another staff member, she turned away and started muttering under her breath. I've never encountered such discourteous behavior in a customer-facing role. It's hard to understand how a business can thrive with this kind of attitude toward customers.

She chose her favorite of the 5 but given a picture can be deceiving when it comes to selecting Granite slabs, I wanted her to see it in person before we actually made the purchase. Because we both work during the day, we decided to go on a Wednesday given their website says they're open until 7pm on Wed. We were extremely disappointed after driving over an hour to arrive at 4:45pm and find them closed. We called and Juana, who answered the phone expressed she had just left for the day. My wife explained we had come a long distance, their website says they're open until 7pm and even the door that was locked said they were open until 5pm, yet they are closed at 4:50pm. Her response was "come back tomorrow". We'll never be back and we're insisting our contractor use a different supplier for our new countertops.

He goes beyond helping you navigate the warehouse and showing you options. He has an eye for what might look good and uses his years of experience designing and installing to help you visualize. It's a rare thing to find someone at these warehouses who has that experience! He spent a lot of time with me and was more than happy to offer suggestions. He even taped up my kitchen design on a slab (usually what a fabricator would do) so I could see how it might look and gave me a great price on a slab too. I wish I had more options to use American Granite in my home and cannot recommend them more!
