I didn't ask for Sequoia or teak. I've been getting wood for years from places as far away from me as this place, same amount, same mix, carry-up, and it's never been even half this amount. I understand getting wood in the city is expensive, but $1,300 is an absolute joke. Definitely shop around.

Despite already starting the order, she insisted they couldn't proceed because they had been working since 6 AM and needed to leave. I understand wanting to close on time, but refusing to complete an order that had already begun--just minutes before closing--is unacceptable.
