This company steals peoples money. The refund doesn't even get deposited into your account by the IRS, the money goes to their bank account then they send you the money. Check your documents if you choose to go with the because the prices they tell you are different from what's on the document. Whatever refund amount they give you is a lie. They're quick with communication if you're wanting to file with them but after that, good luck, the office ladies and Jorge will not respond to you, they will avoid you! They won't send a copy of your documents because "you have to go in person." Beware of this place, i am surprised they been open for this long scamming people. Keep in mind their addresses always change to avoid bad reviews. The IRS and LE are already investigating them so hopefully they won't be in business for long!

I went in with my paperwork and there's 4 people in the office, 3 eating, 2 watching a movie. While waiting the the father to get done with another client becuse he was the only one that could do anything they others watched a movie with Vulgar language, no one had a mask on, one got a phone call and put it on speaker and started arguing with the person on the phone about who's girlfriend and her cheating on the other. The dad finally came back from getting food and sat down and the process was fast and got the paperwork in. I was told Monday I'd have my official documentation. I called Monday and was told he was sick and apparently no one else in that office could do any work. His wife might be in later and she could look. No call back. Tuesday I called and he was still sick was told the bother was there he would look and call me back and no call back and they didn't answer the phones after. Wednesday I called and Simone picked up waited till I finished giving my name and what I needed the proceeded to say hello 2 times and hung up. I called back 4 times and no answer. Today I called and they finally answered and said it was ready. I got there and the dad was not in and would be back in 5 mins and I had to wait. No one else in the office could give me the paperwork. After about 5 mins they called him and he told them What to give me. Very unprofessional from start to finish. Very slow and poor service. I'd I could give negotiate stars I would.
