They're quick with communication if you're wanting to file with them but after that, good luck, the office ladies and Jorge will not respond to you, they will avoid you! They won't send a copy of your documents because "you have to go in person." Beware of this place, i am surprised they been open for this long scamming people. I called Monday and was told he was sick and apparently no one else in that office could do any work. His wife might be in later and she could look. No call back. Tuesday I called and he was still sick was told the bother was there he would look and call me back and no call back and they didn't answer the phones after. Wednesday I called and Simone picked up waited till I finished giving my name and what I needed the proceeded to say hello 2 times and hung up. I called back 4 times and no answer. Today I called and they finally answered and said it was ready. I got there and the dad was not in and would be back in 5 mins and I had to wait. No one else in the office could give me the paperwork. After about 5 mins they called him and he told them What to give me. Very unprofessional from start to finish. Very slow and poor service.
