I went into this with some trepidation however after meeting James, he made me feel confident enough to let them do the job. The shop looked clean and organized. Front windshield, 70% (Looks almost clear, no problems night) Front Side Windows 55% (Should not attract the law) They were punctual and completed the job in the timeline they gave me (just under 3 hrs). The tint came out perfect. There were a few tiny bubbles that disappeared after a few days. Again, perfect. Wow, very impressed and very happy with results and do not hesitate to recommend.

They for some reason switched out the wheels on the rear that matched the extras I brought instead of putting them on front to make a complete set. Also, they mounted a tire in a wheel that had a crack. Dropped 6psi by the time we got home, flat within hours. Their answer is bring it back to have it switched on another wheel I have, but I have to pay again. How's a tire shop not there to make sure the tire is holding? Installation took 2 days and come out perfect, I could not even tell that there is any film my car. I found couple water spots but they should dry out in couple days . They do not use precut and they wrapping edges around which was the most important part for me! I don't want to see any edges form paint protection film and specialty dirt clogging there. Most of the shops I went to are charging $300-500 more and use precuts. Overall Great experience and guys are professional, very easy to work with!

Pretty happy with my tint job. The customer service is a pinch lacking. My issues came when my 1pm…read moreappointment wasn't put on any schedule. Okay, I was still accommodated. Thank you. I was advised my car would not be done until 4:30-5:30. Okay. No problem I was dropping off before work and planned to pick up after. I was quoted both a cash price and card price. Okay. My car was ready at 11:30 am, due to a cancellation on their schedule. No problem again. I am flexible but I couldn't pick up my car until 3:30 the earliest. They offered to leave my keys in the car and I could pick it up in there lot. ...okay. Mildly concerned about the safety of my car, but I agreed. Again I'm flexible. But by doing this I was forced to pay with a card, now it wasn't a terrible fee but at this point, I'd dealt with so much confusion about appointments and times I was mildly annoyed. So bottom line, the work quality is great. I'm happy with the job and the cost of the work itself. I just think the customer service aspect falls a little short.
