He ignored requests for necessary maintenance, called me repeatedly during my work day to ask about rent that wasn't due yet (I will note that I never paid even a day late), and he ignored my calls for weeks when I needed to speak with him about renewing my lease. Speaking to some other renters I know in the area, it appears that Jolie is running a real racket with the local landlords, who all behave in a variety of inappropriate ways.

He immediately responded with no pets. I reminded him about privacy laws and how I didn't need to disclose that information but like to be forthcoming he continued to respond with discrimination. He got mad about me standing up for my rights and began to lecture me about how he's been in the business a long time and I shouldn't be questioning him. Typical bigot that believes he is right because he is set in his ways and probably won't change unless he's penalized somehow. Don't use this realtor. Use somebody that knows the law and treats all parties with respect.
