This was my very first time at a WeWork and definitely not the last!…read more The space at Aventine is gorgeous and the Community Team was so very helpful in getting me all set up and situated. They're extremely attentive, detailed, and are ready to help with any inquiries you have for them! I haven't yet explored every floor and amenity they have to offer, but the spaces I did venture into were absolutely beautiful. So many seating options from traditional desks and tables to stools, couches, lounge chairs, and more! My favorite thing has to be the huge windows throughout the space. The views are amazing and I loved watching the sunset. Parking can be a smidge tricky. There is paid parking in the garage beneath the building. Otherwise, there are a few street parking options available across the street if you're lucky enough to snag a spot. Can't wait to be back very soon! A super nice switch up to my usual days working from home.

Otherwise, the space is impeccably clean and staff is very friendly. Just dont reserve the "rooms" without inspecting them first! The one I reserved for an hour and a half was too dark and dismal, despite having a window. I ended up just using the bright common-space area for my meeting and could have saved 5.5 credits. You cant cancel the reservation on the same day. Next time I know better.

The Water Garden Business Center in Sorrento Mesa (or Mira Mesa west) is a great place if you need…read morean executive suite with an all inclusive package at a reasonable price. Lawyers, CPA's, financial planners and self employeed consultants call the Water Garden home and for good reasons. First, the pricing is well below market for this area, which is home to some of the worlds biggest names in technology and research, such as Qualcomm, Motorola and Websense. Second, you get everything you need for one price without gimmicks. A beautiful, professional location with a professional reception staf that you can call your own. There are several conference rooms including a first class board room that can be reserved without extra cost. There are mutiple kitchen areas and the coffee and tea flow freely. The phone hardware and internet connections are provided at no additional cost. I am a happy tenant and could not think of a better place to conduct my business. If you are looking for an executive suite with all ammenities included without the typical "bait and switch" tactics of the larger, regional executive suite companies, you should pay Greg and Tanya McQuerter a visit. I've been leasing a suite at Regus now for over 2 years and it's been going downhill…read more The 2 stars are for the modern vibe and decor of the suites, the once awesome front desk staff, Stacia, who unfortunately left her job a few months ago, and the free parking. If I was rating Regus based on their customer service, it would be 0 stars. It appears through discussions with other tenants and my own personal experience, Regus's main objective is financial gain. They try to lock you into longer term leases by luring you with discounts but then continuously raises the rent every year despite no improvements or changes to the building. During this pandemic and the local restrictions in place about social interactions, it's been hard to maintain one's business. You hear of other companies giving tenants discounts or trying to be flexible with tenants who's businesses have been affected but not Regus. In fact, their customer service is so terrible that one person tells you one thing and another tells you the opposite. I contacted corporate to see if they would give us a discount for the month of May and June given our situation and initially they said yes but it would have to be spread out over the remaining months on our lease. Sure no problem. But then come May and June and there were no charges. Wishful thinking? HA. What they ended up doing was "delay" 50% of our rent payment for May and June and spread it across the remaining months. UM....that's NOT what was discussed or agreed upon. Since contacting Regus again about this discrepancy, everyone now is "too busy to talk" and refuse to honor the first agreement we had. Sure Regus will be on your case and very organized when they want your money but if there are issues, good luck getting someone to help you. Of course I'm still held hostage by my lease until next year but I will definitely be moving out and finding another office location the second the lease expires. It's a shame since this suite is nice but the lack of customer service ruins the experience.

While the building itself is nice and the staff are friendly in person, the management is…read moreunprofessional and unhelpful when it comes to essential business services. I initially rented a space to meet government contract requirements, but management refused to provide basic, signed documentation confirming that I occupy my own office. Their attempts at creating such a document were poorly done and unusable, forcing me to escalate the matter to federal authorities to prove compliance. Now that I'm leaving the service, I've discovered I cannot forward my mail. Instead, they charge a starting fee of $112 per month, plus additional postage, to send mail once a week--an exorbitant and unreasonable fee. This policy feels exploitative, as others have described it. On top of these issues, their attention to detail is lacking. They couldn't scan documents when I needed them, and a broken paper cutter sat unfixed. For the money, you get as little as possible. While it may be a nice place to casually hang out for some, it is not a professional or reliable option for businesses that need serious support and follow-through. We also tried a service to be informed when mail came in, in particular checks, a normal need. It was great when we got emails, but more than one time mail had a ride without notifications so it countered the usefulness of it. They aren't terrible. I would keep shopping. And realize the cost to your business when you leave. Oh also. I had a desk that I never sat at. It's costing me $65 for them to do nothing because any chance to get money from you they will do.

The main conference room is spacious and equipped for larger meetings while the smaller one is more intimate. USE CAUTION -- READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY…read more I used Regus a few times during a long-term power outage at home. In that situation, they were helpful and the staff onsite were kind and accommodating. I originally planned to continue using the office occasionally (1-2 days per month) for a change of scenery since I work remotely. Unfortunately, my financial situation later changed and I needed to cancel. That is where the experience became very negative. The agreement is far more binding than many people expect. Cancellation was not permitted despite explaining my circumstances, and corporate repeatedly responded with "you signed a contract." Even after removing the payment method, the balance continued and ultimately impacted my credit. I take responsibility for not reading every detail as carefully as I should have -- but that is exactly why I am writing this review. Do not assume flexibility. Do not rely on verbal explanations. If cancellation terms matter to you, make sure they are explicitly stated in the contract before signing. The office itself was fine. The contract enforcement was rigid and unforgiving. If you sign, understand you are committing for the full term regardless of life changes.
