My husband called a bunch of lawyers and set up meetings all over town. Everyone wanted to take my case, but we went with Brian and his team because, right from the beginning, I could tell they were professional, kind, and genuinely felt bad for what had happened to me--ruining my face and causing a traumatic brain injury due to the city's negligence. A couple of months ago, we started preparing for trial, and the level of attention to detail from Brian and his team was incredible. We were in constant communication, and I always felt comfortable asking any questions. I had a wonderful meeting with Jon and Annie that made me feel completely ready for trial. Thankfully, we didn't even have to go to court, as the city offered a settlement. I fully trusted Brian's advice to settle, and I'm so glad I did. It's rare to find people who are so hardworking, compassionate, and truly eager to fight for you. Every single person on that team is incredible--I would be ready to go to trial with any of them. Thank you Brian, Jon, Annie, Mark, Tatiana for all your work during these 3 years!

From day one, Brian Breiter and Jeff Twomey saw me as more than a case. They understood how the city's failure to maintain its trees had upended my life, and they treated me with both compassion and determination. Their investigation was meticulous. They brought in arborists, analyzing weather data, and uncovering damning maintenance records. Despite the city offering nothing in mediation and insisting they'd win at trial, Brian and Jeff never backed down. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the full impact of my injuries--including cognitive challenges affecting my work and family--was accounted for. The unanimous jury verdict far exceeded my expectations and will help secure my future recovery as well as my family's future. Just as importantly, I believe their work will drive change in how the city maintains its parks. If you've suffered an injury that never should have happened, you want Breiter Law in your corner. They know how to take on giants and win.

From the very beginning, the law firm went above and beyond to support him through every stage of his recovery and case. They made the entire treatment process smooth and stress-free, helping coordinate the care he needed and consistently checking in to make sure he was healing properly. We never felt like just another case--they took the time to answer our questions, keep us informed, and make sure my husband was receiving the support he needed. The outcome exceeded our expectations. They fought hard to obtain the highest recovery possible, which was especially important because my husband's vehicle was a classic car with numerous custom alterations and improvements. Their efforts helped us recover compensation not only for his injuries but also for the substantial property damage and value that had been invested in the vehicle over the years. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the best possible result. Daniel, Isabella and the entire team were honestly the best we could ask for.
