The souvlaki's delicious so make sure to grab some of the tzatziki that they make. We've been looking for an alternative to the grocery stores' questionable quality and ever increasing prices. O'Connor's Meat Market more than comes through. Prices are higher everywhere but the quality makes it a much better value.

We bought a couple of flat horseshoe shaped sausages called "soujouk" - one mild the other spicy and both were very tasty. Definitely worth the drive if you want to "diversify" your diet. Very friendly and helpful staff ready to help you make the choice.

They are nice and small with selected items such as pasta, sweets, cheese, and of course, meat and meat products. Warmth is felt through services, and also their items most of which are locally sourced. The fillet mignon (AAA Ontario Beef) was tender and flavorful. But I was more impressed with their home-cooked roast beef. When I saw it at the deli meat display case, I could not resist buying it. It looked perfectly medium rare, lean, and juicy. I asked for their recommended thickness - which was paper thin. Oh yes, I was right, it was juicy, packed with beef flavor with perfect seasonings. I think it will be as good when it is thicker - next time! I learned later that their cured meat products such as sausages are also good. I am looking forward to coming here again!

Their sour Cherry tarts or galette are so good as well. Flaky pastry like your mom or grandma used to make. I also picked up some lemon cranberry scones. They have that nice crispy outside and fluffy inside. So good. He also has all kinds of soups and prepared meals plus homemade gingerbread cookies, variety of other cookies, pies, tarts and squares. Visited this lovely establishment after much too long. Went in to purchase some Brennan's Irish…read moresausages and left with two bags of delicious products. Huge selections of fine olive oils and vinegars, wide array of spices and spice mixtures. Not to mention all the cheeses.
