The staff member is very enthusiastic about the products and explained the most popular items to me so that I can get familiar with Turkish groceries and cuisine. She even wrote down four of her favourite dishes that I can order at a restaurant! She spent 30 mins talking to me about it! Her favourite dishes are: Iskender Kebab, Beyti Kebab, Lahmacun (Turkish pizza), and Kuefe (dessert). Their frozen food are very popular. You can also order items on their website. I asked her why people would buy house cleaning and laundry products imported from Turkey rather than local products. She said the cleaning effectiveness is better. While there we pick up their excellents meats and other groceries and have been delighted with everything we have purchased. Since I can't eat cheese made from cow's milk I also buy their goat and sheep milk cheeses. The clerks are all very knowledgeable, which is important when you have allergies. But I was more impressed with their home-cooked roast beef. When I saw it at the deli meat display case, I could not resist buying it. It looked perfectly medium rare, lean, and juicy. I asked for their recommended thickness - which was paper thin. Oh yes, I was right, it was juicy, packed with beef flavor with perfect seasonings.
