The second is they don't use gel polish they use shellac, which is not just a name change it's a difference in the strength of the polish it leaves your nails weaker therefore they break easier. Third you have to book an appointment to takeoff your previous nail polish. If you have any on at a cost of $22 absolutely ridiculous that's on top of your pedicure manicure. If you miss booking the nail polish remover, they will not finish her appointment so you could leave there with only a pedicure or manicure- if they run out of time, they simply will not finish. And last but not least the management is downright rude. When I mentioned that I was charged $44 for nail polish remover on top of my pedicure manicure, they also put in my last review that they took care of it, but they never called me back and I had to phone them back - they finally credited me back $20 but again I would never go back. The building itself is old dusty. It is not comfortable to get a pedicure while you're sitting in an old chair and you have to move your leg around a bar. furthermore, there's no massage chair very expensive. Very low quality zero impressed.

She said if I felt in the next few days I felt I wanted more lashes, or if I ever chipped a nail, to go right back in and she would fix it right away. The icing on the cupcake was a free collagen lip mask that she offered while my lashes were being done that left me feeling moisturized, a blessing in this dry winter cold.
