We did the dolphin sighting see tour with captain Kate and tour guide Jackie. Our guides were great at locating dolphin of which we saw many, and they were fun and informative. They allowed people to have a hand at the wheel which was pretty cool. Tour lasted about 90 minutes and I feel it was worth the money. I scheduled the mini dolphin tour with my husband ($300+) but the waves were too rough so the tour was canceled. We were rebooked on a different tour ($100) and the tour was fine, but Low Country Sports never credited me the difference in the cost of the tours. I called several times, left messages and no one ever called me back. I shouldn't have to fight for a refund for a tour that Low Country Sports canceled. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company because Low Country Sports never gave me a refund after weeks of contacting them...very disappointing! read more

We had a great time on the mini boat tour. Each group had their own boat and followed our tour guide Jack. We had Originally signed up for the creek cat tour which uses a smaller two seat boat but we're asked if we wanted to switch to A mini boat since the water was choppy and this would be more comfortable. I am sure glad we switched!! It was a great ride but got pretty rough at times. Jack was a great guide and the 2 hour journey was very informative and enjoyable !!! read more

He took us out at sunset-- we had two adults and 2 kids on our own private boat and followed him around various attractions and stops from 630-830, it was lovely and Nick had great info and stories for us all. First, I would like to thank the jet ski guides at One HHI for doing everything to ensure the safety of their customers; especially, young kids. However, One HHI needs to pay more attention to the on-going maintenance of their equipments and customer services. Tourists from out of town driving many hours on the road to visit South Carolina and spending a lot of money here deserve better customer service because we are the people who bring business to your local economy every year. On Monday 8/9/2021, We rented a jet ski $152 per 90-minute trip for our girls (an 18 and a 13 years old). I witnessed two mechanical failures on two different jet skis in the same time lot. More specifically, my daughters' jet ski engine broke down in the middle of the bay and they had to be pulled back to the dock. We waited anxiously on the dock for almost an hour after everyone in their group returned to the dock. When we brought this up to the lady at the front desk, she ignored the issues and did not acknowledge the facts that it was her company problem. Worse than that, we did not hear a single word of apology. If this company only focus on the profits and not on providing good customer services, your company is heading toward a wrong direction. I am sure other businesses will be happy to take our business the next time we come to them. read more

We went on the creek cat sunset tour with nick tonight and it was fabulous! We saw tons of pods of dolphins and a variety of birds. The scenery was beautiful and the creek cat itself was really fun. Nick was very knowledgeable. I've been to Hilton Head Island more than a dozen times and I learned lots of new information tonight. He was concerned about our safety and gave a great demonstration on how to use the creek cats. He also wanted us to have fun and asked our input about what we wanted to see. You will definitely get wet during this so be prepared. I would 100% do this exact tour again!!! read more

We did a Monday Morning guided Kayak tour with Judi, the tour was beautiful and she was extremely knowledgeable of the area! She was super friendly and really made the tour feel like a private and personalized excursion for us! She took us through some inlets and onto a sandbar where we got to experience the pluff and even saw an osprey!! Would definitely go back and try the other services they offer! read more

Our tour guides made sure we got the most from our tour, we got lucky as we were the last tour and they took us out longer to make sure we saw as many dolphins as possible. We took a kayak tour this past weekend and had the most wonderful time. Four of us, each in our own kayak, took the 9:30 AM tour. I had never been kayaking before and our guide, Judy, was a helpful instructor. We leisurely kayaked through Palmetto Bay. Judy was incredibly knowledgable about the area and answered all of our questions. She was personable, fun, and a Gamecock (gotta love that)! I was amazed at the depth of her knowledge about HHI. We got off on a small island and got to walk around in the mud which was actually pretty cool. Judy took some awesome photos of us and sent us them afterwards. We will definitely cherish them. This was great because I was definitely worried about dropping my phone in the water if I had tried to do so. We are so thankful to Judy for making a wonderful experience even better! read more

We took the creek cat tour this week with One HHI, and I can honestly say this was one of the most fun things I have done in a long time! Kim (male) was a great tour guide and he also made sure to watch over everyone to ensure everyone was safe. The creek cats are so fun, and we made a few stops for him to tell us about the area, including some fun Forest Gump filming locations! My only suggestion would be that they should probably offer different tours at different times for your level of adventure.... we loved going fast on the cats which we did a little bit, but there were a couple of couples that weren't into going fast much and they basically slowed us down because we couldn't leave them behind. This by no means ruined the trip, as we still had a great time, but this could be a nice thing for them to implement in the future. Btw - you WILL get wet on the creek cats. And you will lose your hat. Just dress for the occasion and enjoy yourself! Lastly - check out Groupon. We booked on Groupon and saved over $100! read more

This was absolutely the most memorable part of our trip! The team was accommodating as we navigated some tricky weather during the times we were scheduled. We did the mini-boat dolphin tour - The boats were perfect for us, we don't have a lot of water sports experience - Jack gave us great instruction beforehand and lead the group so well. That was one of the best parts, that we got to drive our own! We saw SO many dolphins and it was so exciting for our daughters (13 & 10) to see. Went on the tour on 4/22/18. We saw many many dolphins! The captain and his first mate were simply delightful. The staff was very accommodating and excellent at communicating and responding. My Wife Broke her Back!! BEWARE!! Be careful when selecting your tour and understand the risks. We scheduled a Creek Cat tour and were upgraded to the MiniBoat Tour. When I called about the Creek Cat tour it was described as "slightly faster than a kayak tour" but that you see more places. When we were upgraded to the Mini Boat we were not told that nearly the entire trip was at speeds of 25-30 mph, with a few stops to hear from the guide. Driving a boat at those speeds is fun, but I would not consider it a dolphin & bird watching tour. HOWEVER, the worst part is that when we hit rough water my wife was thrown from her seat, landing hard and suffered bumps, bruises and a broken vertebrae. A week later we can not get info from One HHI to help us complete the insurance claim. BTW - Their waiver protects them even "the negligent acts or conduct of the Host"!! We got this coupon after listening to a time share presentation and it was a worth while coupon. My family enjoyed ourselves immensely and our tour guide John was wonderful. He was a knowledgeable college student who does this on the summer hours and he was great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because our boat wasn't good. It couldn't keep up with the group making our experience hard. Being from the city, we didn't know "boat etiquette" on the water, so the few times we were separated made it frustrating. My daughter and I did both the dolphin tour and the creek cat tours. Both are AMAZING! During the dolphin tour, Joe did an amazing job telling us about the island and dolphins in general. A very awesome and laid back tour for a couple hours. Definitely worth it! Our creek cat tour was with Nick, and it was really awesome! We had a quick review of how to operate it, and a safety review. Spent most of the tour trying to find dolphins, but we got to see them towards the end! These little buggers can really move! When they say "wear something you don't mind getting wet", they mean wear a bathing suit. The tour for us was windy and choppy, so we got absolutely soaked. But it was worth every bit of spray! Saw a good portion of calabogie sound. And we got to end up wonderfully close to some dolphins! I would recommend this company to anyone! read more

This is not at all what we were advised it would be. We felt like we were running from the police in a stolen boat that was getting flatter as we went. But rest assured, our guide said that he'd seen flatter. Lol. Seriously. Never once heard about the wildlife. Oh except for one dolphin fact that was far off.......my husband is a veterinarian so we had a professional with us. Didn't see the birds or dolphins. Because.....,.we were going so freaking fast. Excellent experience ... again. We come to Hilton Head every year for the Special Olympics tennis tournament and as part of our vacation do we the creek cat tour as a family. We booked a COVERED pontoon boat and were looking forward to sitting and enjoying the shade and sights. When we arrived we got on a cheesy pirate ship boat and were told we were getting "upgraded for free to the pirate ship". There was hardly any seating and a place for about 6 people to sit in the shade. We stood the whole time in the 100 degree sun and had not dressed or prepared ourselves to be in the sun for an hour and a half. I understand something happened and the boat we booked was unavailable but they should have called to notify us and to see if that was ok or if we wanted to change our reservation.
