I asked some friends for recommendations and PJ Dunne's name was put forward by two of them saying that he was very reliable and professional in his work. PJ came and had a look at the work to be done and gave me a quote the following day as he said that he would, the price was very reasonable and we agreed a date to get started. What started off as some interior doors being hung and flooring to be laid, ended up with me getting PJ to lay decking in the back and some fencing. His work is of a real professional standard and you could see he takes pride in it. Overall I'd have to say the job was done at a fair price, at the time agreed (no il be back next week sometime), and to a professional standard. I also didn't have to clean up after him which is always a bonus. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

That was certainly the case for us. After getting several quotes, we saw a beautiful stucco renovation of a home around the block from us. That is how we found John. John was a consummate professional from the very beginning. He detailed for us every single expense, why he recommended doing them, and all of the options or alternatives. We went with a smooth stucco on our home and we found major damage underneath. John did not overcharge or take advantage. He worked with our budget and the result in the end was amazing. His crew were polite to our neighbors and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. He even came back himself to finish small details. I highly recommend John Cullen to anyone who needs to do Stucco on their home. I wish all of our contractors were as good as John.

Called for a quote on work I need done in the bathroom and Spoke to Pat. As per his request, I sent…read morea text with all the information asking him to arrange a viewing with my tenant. Followed up about a month later as I hadn't heard back - Pat didn't recall the telephone conversation we had or the text message I had sent to his mobile. Resent the details of the works and tenant's name & number. Followed up about 2 weeks later - same story, Pat had no recollection of the phone calls or texts I had sent. Can't comment on the quality of work for obvious reasons, but attitude to work and potential customers wasn't great.
