I don't usually go to Oncue for gas because it doesn't give any discounts. We came here to buy beers for a party on the same lot. The gas station is spacious and the area is clean. I love the design of the building. It looks nice inside. read more

I went to this OnCue 9000 S. Pennsylvania Ave. and noticed that the cube ice had black specks in it. So I picked up the ice and try to rub it off trying to figure out what it is but it was frozen in the ice. So I told the staff 4 different times about the ice even told them that in means the ice maker is dirty or has mold in it. Let OnCue has done nothing about it. Well I will find another store because I will never be back. So I guess since OnCue will not do anything I will call the health department. read more

Great location. They have just about anything you could think of at a convenience store. Often times there are three people working behind the counter, but only one is working in the other two are laughing and joking together so you have to wait in line when you shouldn't need to. read more

This is by far my most favorite convenience store to go to. Gas...they have a ton of pumps! I never have to wait to get gas, even though it's the cheapest in town. I live about 15 miles from where I work. No matter which route I take, traveling all over Oklahoma City, I can generally always count on this location to have the least expensive gas. AND the quality of gas is always at least a +2!! The store itself is very clean. Even the bathrooms. Oklahoma City police frequently get their refreshments here, and it is a post for EMSA. Having the presence of public servants in the area always makes me feel a little extra safe. No matter what time of day I have come by, the clerks inside are always very genuinely friendly even though they are working quickly to serve all of the customers. Kudos OnCue. Today was my first visit to OnCue Express. This location opened a few months ago so it's still pretty new. I went here to check for some Horchata but they didn't have any. On the other hand, the donuts in the store caught my eyes and I just had to get some. I noticed that all donuts are half price after 4pm. I bought 4 donuts for $1.70 which was very awesome. The donuts here aren't the best that I've had but its still pretty good. It is definitely a good place for a cheap donut fix. I noticed some of their products are a bit over priced compared to other convenient stores though. read more

Me and my friend were stopping though on our way home to Kansas from a day of shopping and exploring okc,we filled the tank and decided to use your drive through to order some sodas and chips...the Girl(African American,wish I would have gotten her name) who was working was RUDE. We were not even done ordering and she cut us of saying "that's 2.99" then gave us an attitude because God forbid she has to walk and get some chips...wow...be thankful you have a job. might I add there were no other cars in the drive through and then she gave us the wrong drinks way to strive for success read more

Fairly new location but OnCue brought people in from other stores who knew how to run the place. I am a fan of OnCue tea and initially the tea was ok but it has improved since the store opened. The frozen yogurt at this location is better than many of the other OnCues. Bathrooms are always clean. After six months or so there have been some negative changes. The initial group of employees brought in have left for other stores and the current ones tend to be less friendly or attentive. Also the tea quality has been hit-or-miss lately. It is still much nicer than the current On Cue that is closest to this one but I like the new Norman location much more. read more

The On Cue stations are a great alternative to the 7-11's that are on every corner. They carry a large variety of snacks, drinks and in my opinion have the cleanest bathrooms in any convenience store. read more

New station near me on Waterloo Rd and Interstate 35. Went there this morning to fill up before getting on the road. Upon my return I passed a dozen gas stations and still chose to return to this specific station for diesel and drinks. Pulled up to pump no. 4. There was fuel spilled in front of pump which made concrete slick and got my shoes dirty. Thought nothing else of it and proceeded to use my debit card at the pump. Typed my zip and immediately got "see cashier" message. Thinking i typed the zip wrong, I swiped card again and got exact same message. Paged attendant, and she said "I am coming out to help you". Attendant comes out and says "you have used your card too many times and you have to come in and prepay" I told her "this is the whole point of pay-at-the -pump." Up to this point I can understand any and all issues are part of life and ok to blame policies and computers for not letting transaction go thru. Then attendant starts mumbling and started walking off, no apology, not interested in hearing anything I had to say. I drove my truck and park in front of store so as not to block pump and went inside to see a manager. Manager comes to talk to me and cashier continues to mouth off in a loud voice to third associate running register while I was talking to manager. This is FYI to corporate managers responsible for that store. Needless to say an apology is in order and maybe some additional coaching for associate that decided to run her mouth. read more
