We walked in here one random Saturday in search of a Christian bookstore. The environment was super…read moreinviting. We could feel the Holy Spirit as soon as we walked in. Telley is the owner; she was very helpful and so gracious. You can tell she really loves the Lord. We even had a moment of fellowship that brought us all to tears. Great book selection on apologetics and in the children's section, as well, with more to come! Definitely hope to be returning very soon, next time we are in Wilson. I ordered 8 pairs of Christmas pajamas. When the package arrived, it was cut open with only one…read morepair of pajamas inside. I contacted customer care only to have the representative argue with me telling me the package was in tact because USPS doesn't deliver damaged packages. I was able to speak to a supervisor who stated they would resend the missing items. About 5 days later, I received a package with 3 pairs of pajamas, including one pair that I didn't need. I called customer service again only to be argued with again that the distribution center sent everything that was missing. I spoke to a supervisor that stated they would look into it and call me back. They never called back. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received. The reps rush you off the phone and do not care about understanding what the complaint actually is or helping to resolve it. I will no longer buy from Children's Place and I hope no one else does either.

I was recently browsing the Children's Place with my son. This place is packed to the brim with…read moreclothing. I guess that is better than the alternative of it being empty. For every clothing item we were interested in they had a solid variety of sizes. The employee who was organizing and putting all the cloths out was also the only employee working the register. They didn't exactly seemed thrilled to be there, but can't really blame them. Overall I am usually always happy with the quality of the items I buy in store and online. I wouldn't buy full price though, everything usually always goes on sale here!
