I drove an hour out to sell at this location. I walked in and was told it would be an hour wait but I needed return no later than 4:00pm to get my things as they closed at 6:00pm. I waited two hours before returning to the store where I was told they were sorting. Another 40 minutes goes by before they tell me it will be another hour. Offered me to take my clothes elsewhere after waiting that long. Finally picked my clothes up after waiting 3+ hours and received $12, told I had broken toys when all it needed was a battery. The other location purchased over $50 today of the same type of clothes etc. I would NOT recommend this location. The one in South Bend is so much better and is honest about the wait time. Completely disrespectful of people's time. read more

First off, I received a less than polite greeting when I walked into the store. I felt as though I was a bother. But I proceeded to leave my items for their review. I came back an hour later only for them to send to the checkout register, giving me the impression they were interested in at least some of my items. They rudely and very loudly said my items were yellowed and not in like new condition. If they want new items, they need to go strictly retail. I will not sell, buy or recommend this store to anyone ever! I personally had gone through everything I took for any signs of stains, wear, etc. The items were 3 months to 6 months sizes which were not worn much at all. I got the impression they were judging me from the moment I walked in. Any establishment that treats me in this way has never or will ever see my business again and I'll make sure to pass my feelings along to anyone who will listen. read more

I have never seen employees more rude, first trip tried to tell me my stuff was stained, but it was not used. I told them it was not used and they back tracked and said "we don't have room for it anyway." Second trip, I drove 40 minutes to the store with my car packed.. got in the store and was told they won't accept anything because they're short staffed. Really? You are short staffed so you won't do your job? Last time I checked, there is a sign outside your store that says "we pay $$$ for children items" hmmm. Then, to top it all off, your employees were very sarcastic and rude. Won't be making a trip to this store again. read more

Will never try to shop or turn clothing in. Wants to try and tell me they can't accept my clothing because its "worn" when more than half of the item in their store are worn and faded. What they offer is way less than what they sell for. Half the items I brought were brand new and my daughter never even wore. But were "worn". The cashier also was not the friendliest when I questioned why they wouldn't accept the other clothing. read more

I was offended at my experience here today. Instead of "Hi, thanks for coming in today, how can we help you?" A lady said "I see you have an item that is recalled, it cannot be accepted." The items I brought were used as most things are at a retail shop. The ONLY items they would accept were new in a package. I get wanting nice things to resell, but used things I went to look at in the store were clearly in used condition as well and are just that - USED. I've gone in once upon a child many times from the time I grew up to the point I have my own kids now. Unfortunately the other day I was in Goshen and decided to make a stop to offer up some clothes, when I first walk in everyone looks my way but absolutely no effort to say hello or acknowledge my existence, which they weren't helping people at the time either, just talking with each other. Then I walk to the counter, just to keep standing there and they keep talking no one asked if I needed help as I just stared at them, felt like I didn't belong. Then when I finally say I have clothes to sell, they ask if I've done it before and I said another retail store where I have, so I know the process and the lady replied with such a snarky remark, "Well we aren't them ok". Very unprofessional. I let it go and wait for the clothes and come back later, and same thing happens again, no hello as I walk in and I go wait behind the counter where I dropped my clothes off and no one helps, then another staff comes to the Register I'm waiting behind, just to take another customer from down the line. Finally a worker asks what I need, and I said I had sold, and she helped me out. All in all, I don't leave reviews but this time I felt rudely ignored and pushed around. I did not appreciate it.
