They are sweet to my son and are always encouraging to him! Their meals are healthy and give the children opportunity to try anything and everything. My son started talking around a year but in the past year and a half his language has blown me away. They work everyday to teach the kids something new. If your looking for a school that will really get your child ready to go to kindergarten, while also giving him love and support this is the school for you. I also have to brag on the administration. They are all amazing and have helped me with any problems or information I've needed. Anytime there is ever an incident or anything happens to my son they have a note for me when I get there and are ready to answer any questions.

They said I had to do the 30 day cancelation (is another charge) even though they canceled our original class time. I like the place but the class sizes should be restricted. The other location said they allow 18(!!!) Kids in a class (plus parents). That is bananas. There is no structure at that size.

But with Susan, I've grown comfortable enough over the years because of her kind, gentle nature, to be able to ask for her thoughts and feelings about events and paths that I'm unsure about. I feel she genuinely cares about me and my life, and while there are occasionally times my resistance comes up (I've been working on this issue), I've found that the times I've allowed her thoughts and suggestions to guide me, my life has moved more smoothly, and more often than not, in the direction that ended up best for me. But not in a confrontational way, but a natural, flowing, nurturing way that allows me to eventually understand what she's sensing and feeling about me and my life, but in my own time. I booked Susan for my Bachelorette party to come to our AirBnB. I even paid extra to have my caterers provide a space for her with a table and a schedule for the girls to visit with her. She cancelled three days prior to the event in a very short text message with no other explanation other than she was currently under the weather and wont be attending. Now with everything else I'm doing I have to re-plan and re-budget for the several hour time block I have allotted for her just DAYS before the event. This is unprofessional and has really put me out. I am disappointed and angry at the waste of time and money. I will NEVER be working with her again. I suggest caution in booking her for events. Her response to my text message expressing my disappointment and frustration that she didn't offer any kind of solution or help, keep in mind I did not curse her out or act in any way out of line aside from telling her how this has effected me: "it happens. The result exceeded my expectations. I came their without an appointment but Master luthier Andrey Lobko took care of my violin. In 15 minutes he fixed everything. And the price was very reasonable.
