Luckily i got Mills Automotive number and the owner came out within 30 minutes and towed me to his shop. He didn't promise me he'd fix it but sent his secretary into Janesville Saturday morning to pick up the rare fan belt (i have a 1 ton diesel truck with 3 alternators). The owner installed the belt and i was on my way by 2pm Saturday. He even let me borrow one of his cars overnight which saved me a taxi to and from the shop from my campsite. Completely amazing service. Most outstanding service ever - he even was hosting a party at his house Saturday and still came in to help me. First of all, someone actually answered the phone! I made 8 calls to find someone who answered. I should have called them first. The guy (I was so flustered I didn't even get his name) was very nice and polite on the phone. He was out to me very quickly. He worked fast and accurately. He was a super nice person - genuinely friendly. He was a little rushed as he had got called to an accident after me. But he still took the time to put air in my spare (as I had over 80 miles to get home) and to double check all the nuts were well fastened.
