Your items are safe. We had a two-bedroom condo that we packed up and emptied out. You pack drove everything to Duluth + add our convenience. We had two men and a truck drive it to Two Harbors. Two Harbors is very small and the movers no movers would go straight here. They only go as far as Duluth. The u-pack was great. They were professional. They were courteous and everything was safe and secure. I couldn't ask for more.

They were very efficient and did a great job. It was one of the coldest days of the year, they had to haul our furniture down a flight of stairs and haul it into my son's very narrow front door. They didn't complain, and kept telling us not to worry, they were used to these types of moves. I would recommend them and I will use them moving forward for any moving/hauling needs I have. They've protected my stuff, helped me pack items and gotten them both up and down multiple flights of tight stairs, and turns. They've been nothing short of amazing for the Twin Ports and again I don't see the issues others seem to be making up. Don't pay any attention to that stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will do so.

Delivered to client next day and items were still in boxes, not assembled and boxes were damaged. Brandon will not call to discuss and will not issue a refund of any amount. Disappointing. Have worked with many other movers over the US and this was by far the worst experience. Unprofessional.
