Mark answered right away and said he was available to take a look at it and give me an estimate. It was convenient that he was here in Clovis too. Mark checked it out and told me my Windows installation was corrupt. I was thinking I was going to be without my laptop all week until the desktop was repaired. Mark had the same make and model computer in stock, ready to go. He offered to fix mine or sell me one that was ready to go with everything he would do to mine anyway. No brainer! He recovered the important stuff my daughter wanted from the hard drive and transferred it to the replacement computer. Mark really earned that 5th star with the time he took to explain things to me about what happened to my old computer and how the replacement has been upgraded. He also explained to me how to keep the computer healthy and running at its best. I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
