After her botch job, trying to pop my abscess, and prescription of a measly cream...my condition became worse. I had to go to a dermatologist. Turns out I had a staph infection!! The derm had to drain me, on two separate days. I needed 3 antibiotics... Had I listened to the nurse practitioners advice, I could have ended up in the hospital! I spent 6 days in pain, running fever. It took three weeks to heal. Had it been properly treated, I would NOT have had to go through that. Front desk staff is RUDE. Office manager is even RUDER. Outcome was I thought I'd endured the "pump pinch" on my pinky finger but in fact had damn near sliced the tip of my pinky finger clean off... Called them up and asked if they could handle the job of sewing it back on...they said sure we can...so I saddled up and headed that way (preferred to get my doctoring close to home since I didn't know of any places to handle the job where I was)... walked in showed them the situation and they handled up... Pleased with the work...and will use them in the future not only because they did a bang up job for me but they are also extremely convenient to my place of residence...

They refuse to return phone calls or answer any questions about this, and blatantly ignore them. They won't even let me speak to my previous doctor. Very terrible patient service and concern. As soon as they find out you are a medicaid patient they try to get rid of you. You will be treated like a second class citizen. The people that run this facility definitely force their political opinions on their business policies.

The bite was swollen, red, and very painful. Dr. Acosta drained it, but did not prescribe oral antibiotics. I saw two doctors after that who were shocked when they found out I went without antibiotics. Fast forward three days... I'm at the dermatologist having to get this drained! If I would have received proper medical care to begin with, I wouldn't have to do this.

She got worse so I took her to a different urgent care. When she went to a different urgent care she was correctly diagnosed after testing and prescribed an antibiotic and also told to stop taking the over the counter med she was told to take by this place. The other urgent care properly tested and helped her. When I called this place to let them know what the correct diagnosis was, they told me the boss does not go there much but would call back. No one called me back after calling two different times to talk to someone. I highly recommend picking another urgent care. Avoid this place if you want to get better and be correctly taken care of!

If people are feeling bad enough to go to a doc in the box they expect results ...not should be good in 10 days...what happened to a good old steroid shot and send you back to work. I work with wildlife, rescuing it, rehabbing it, and finally when the time is right, releasing it back it to the wild where it belongs! It's not uncommon to be bitten, scratched, or drooled on by an animal. Unfortunately, if it happens with a very sick animal, you might have to head to the ER. They are very professional, and the doctors are as caring, and nerdy, as you'd expect them to be. Mine was also kinda hot tho... I'm taking a star off for the wait inside of the clinic itself. I mean seriously I was in there for hours, waiting for 3 shots! I feel like it shouldn't have taken so long. It was not really so busy in there at that time. If I hadn't had the distraction of hot doc, I may have wandered out to complain. I'm kinda Karen that way...
