Lisa was an excellent photographer to work with! I highly recommend her to anyone! Her friendly nature and easy going personality is perfect for making people feel comfortable enough to smile like they do when they are with their friends so your photos look like you! I chose her solely because she was the only local photographer to offer a "mini" session for senior portraits. So, I had no idea that I also was getting a true professional and very accommodating person! I was so happy with the results. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted my son's senior portrait to look like, but I also wasn't quite sure how to achieve that look. Lisa helped me work it all out! Her mini session was such a great value. I knew my son would only wear one outfit. I knew I wanted a head shot. I knew it would be a simple but important photo session. She was extremely easy to work with (because I had a lot of concerns of not getting the perfect shot and lots of questions about how all this senior portrait stuff worked). She took so much time with me to explain things when I didn't get it right away. She was very patient with me, but more importantly, she made my son very comfortable during the photo shoot so that he smiled like himself and his pictures actually look like him!! My experience with On River Time Photography was everything I ever wanted!! read more

Making your photography session Casual, Simple, Beautiful. My name is Lisa Warren. As a photographer, I see beauty absolutely everywhere. My goal, in every photograph I capture, is to bring that moment to life. With the exception of Infant Sessions, my work is primarily outdoors, in natural light. I specialize in small to mid-size Wedding Photography, Small to Large Family Photography, Senior Portraits, Event Photography and Pet Photography. "Photography is a Love Affair with Life" -- Burk Uzzle (Photo Journalist) My outdoor studio is nestled on 20 Acres of beautiful, wooded land with 650 feet of shoreline on the mighty Mississippi River just 20 minutes outside of Grand Rapids, MN. But I can also come to your choice of locations.

Established in 2018.

I have always had a love of photography and nature. I have been a photography enthusiast for over 20 years before taking the leap and becoming a "Professional Photographer just under six years ago. My husband and I purchased 20 acres along the Mississippi River in 2013 and began building our dream home in 2015. Once our home was complete, and things settled down, I started thinking how our land would be absolutely PERFECT for an outdoor studio. With some landscaping, creativity and luck..."On River Time Photography" was born!
