This is a very nice and well maintained facility which almost always shows the level of service provided, I prefer coming to a dealership or dealership associated business verses the 5 minute oil change shops scattered across the area. I took my vehicle to the dealer that I purchased it from because the last dealer I went to that was…read moreclose to my house didn't put DEF fluid in and somehow separated the washer fluid hose. My visit to this dealer to have recall work performed, get a new vent visor, and an oil change. However, while I was there I decided to splurge and get a full detail. ($129.00 plus tax). Unfortunately, when I returned to pick up my vehicle the detail was not what I expected. The front of the vehicle still had bugs on it, the chrome was full not wiped down after it was washed and full of spots, the bed cover was never dried and full of spots, and the fog lights were not wiped down. I immediately went back in to the dealer and found the sales manager as the rest of the management was gone for the day. He summoned the detail manager and explained that I was unhappy and why. As I explained to the sales manager, I spent extra at the dealer because I expected a level of excellence that should surpass any 40 to 50 dollar detail. The sales manager did a good job promptly handling the issue and deserves respect and praise. I was also impressed that he gave me his card and told me to come back and I would get another detail for free and then handed me two 25 dollar purchase cards to be used at the dealer. I only gave three stars for the following reason: The paperwork stated someone would call me back on the vent visor - I have not heard from anyone. The two 25 dollar store purchase cards had an expiration of one week - the dealer is 25 miles from my house, I have prepaid maintenance for two years, and you can only use one at a time. (its the thought that counts is only acceptable when gifts are from kids and ex-wives) Lastly, I do expect a response from this dealer as I did purchase a $65K dollar truck from them and I feel it is not only respectful but the right thing to do. I also would think the General Manager should take interest in this situation. As I explained to the sales manager, dealer service should be second to none; it was not. However the gentleman at the front decided to act confused as if I was specifically asking him to make me a key personally, tell me he "doesn't have access to the machines" , then made a joke that he can "sell me a car". Read the room. Apparently he struggles saying "unfortunately the service area is closed today and we can't do that today, I'm sorry" but you can't expect much from a car salesman.
