I have had a "crick" in my neck for about 4 years. I have seen several different Chiropractors multiple times in hopes of alleviating the issue. I take Ibuprofen for the pain. Kate has a light and joy in her face unlike any in my recent experience, that alone makes me want to drink whatever she's serving. But coupled with her over 20+ years as a licensed massage therapist who moved well beyond that to incorporate what i believe to be a version of muscle energy technique as in osteopathy, she rebalances the central nervous system whilst realigning the skeleton and untwisting the muscles and getting things unstuck.
