I came in for lower back pain that i've been dealing with for years! After coming in for a free consultation (which they do offer if you call and ask) Greg my physical therapist gave me a full breakdown on what my problem was and after the consulatation I decided to stick here because of how he not only explained to me my potential problem, but also educated me as to why my lower back pain was present. After about a month of consistent therapy they lead me back to having a normal life without anymore back pain!!! And if i do have back pain here and there, i refer to what Greg and the exercise specialist taught me. They've been giving her other medication without announcing it. The hospital's doctor even specified that they only administer long-acting Lantus in the morning for all diabetic patients because it is easier to monitor with more staff during the day time. My grandmother was only give one shot for breakfast. For lunch, she was given an IV injection, and two shots. We assumed it was short-acting Novolog and long-acting Lantus because they must have (somehow?) forgotten to give it in the morning. Before dinner, her blood sugar was checked by a PCT in a purple shirt. Nurse Paul came and gave her two syringe shots, but didn't say what they were. My grandmother asked me why she was getting shots so early before dinner. When dinner came and it was placed on her table, Nurse Paul came back and gave her a shot of Novolog. So in total, my grandmother was give 3 shots for dinner. I asked Nurse Paul why she was given so many shots. Nurse Paul said she is the only person who administers medication and strongly insisted that my grandmother only got one shot of insulin just now. My grandmother was given 3 syringe shots in the stomach, but Nurse Paul kept denying that she gave her the two other shots. I asked for a record of all medication administered, but she wasn't able to show it. She insisted that I don't question her and that she knows how to do her job, and SCOFFED and walked away.

The social workers and the concierge team also helped me out a lot special thanks to Mario, Gasper, Jason and Jaylen from the business office. The recreation events and activities are out of this world, my recreation leader was Brianna on 2nd floor she is a walking ray of sunshine always helping someone with a smile on her face! Brooke, Diane, Liz, sue and marlene are also very nice from recreation and always put together nice activities for the residents here! All of the PT & OT are great special thanks to Lada & Neville they made me very strong and helped me back on my feet! The physical therapy was truly life changing. Dialysis team was truly supportive and amazing. special shout out to Natalie, Diana, Carmen and Tawana. They took very good care of me. The administrator Jack is a great guy!
