The manager is a bully and keep evading my questions. They were responsible for ordering my supplies which are medically necessary. They' sent me half my order. I have an Ileostomy and was told to rinse out and re use my bags! That's disgusting , so instead of walking me thru the process, they accused me of asking too many questions. When I told them I wanted to call Medicare to understand my benefits, they used that against me saying to was threatening to call Medicare? Very odd. So they discharged me and my Dr was not happy. I don't blame him! No wonder this company almost went under! Now they're trying to get back up and going...good luck. However, the woman who answered the phone was truly lovely and kind. In my opinion, I would not recommend this company EVER.
