Omni has ALWAYS provided excellent service to me. I have been a customer since 2009, it is 2025 now. During this time I have moved 58 miles from the Omni I started using in 2009. There are other credit unions here but, no Omni. Omni offers all different ways of banking that I NEVER need to drive the distance to accomplish my needs. Even if I want to deposit a check. they will lie to your face and then take money out of your account without your permission. 3 times they denied an electron transfer from the State of Michigan. Omni blamed the state. so the state sent a paper check. Omni denied the deposit and charged me a fee stating the state of Michigan wrote a bad check. it took me 6 months to get my tax money. Omni kept making excuses blaming the state. read more

Good credit union. Always a very nice staff. I've had an account for many years. Always fast helpful support by phone when needed. The new mobile banking app and updated site seem to work very well. The online banking is up-to-date. I miss going to the local branch and seeing the girls who work there but this mobile deposit is just to cool! I wish I could actually get a good deal on the auto insurance they keep trying to sell. $$$. read more
