We used to order from another engraver, but always ran into problems with slow turnaround times and not being able to meet deadlines. The only other choice in our area was Recognition Specialties. I wish I had tried them first! They always meet or exceed expected time frames. A couple years ago, I would have had to give them only 3 stars because of typos in the engraving, but they have greatly improved both turnaround times and accuracy with orders. We've had no issues in the past 2 years. And, although I try to avoid it, periodically we need to place a rush order and they are always accommodating. A mockup of a tag for Jenny Smith should say "Jenny Smith" not "NAME HERE." Cannot recommend this business at all.
