The negative reviews here scared me, but I still enrolled in Omega because it was the most convenient location for me and was cheaper than other schools. I wasn't charged anything extra at any point and I was not made to take extra classes. Any reviewer who had a different experience was probably a bad driver and the school was rightfully unwilling to send them on to the government test. Their reputation is on the line after all.
In my experience the people were very nice and very accommodating. The online theory classes done over zoom were very convenient. I had 6 different instructors over the 15 hours of accompanied driving. They each had different information, techniques and perspectives to impart, and while at first I was hoping to have one teacher the whole way who would follow my progress, I think I learned a lot more having several different instructors.
All in all I had no negative experiences with Omega and found the whole process much easier than I expected. Don't let the bad reviews scare you. People who don't put in the work to become a good driver will have to take extra lessons at any school, and I assume these reviewers were lashing out when none but themselves were to blame. read more
