Every inquires, concerns, modifications I have is only an E-mail away and taken care of right away, they are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. In the recent few years, I've referred multiple colleagues to them and they have always found them the best of the rates. They also get you the best rates on rental insurance as well (which was also suggested to me by Joanne) in combination with our car insurance!

Despite the difficult transition to an all-Zoom format and document portal, she fulfilled every request. Robin stated only two documents were missing; we uploaded them within three days and requested an update. Since early April, we have been met with total silence. Robin's voicemail cites a lack of office staff and support as the reason for not returning calls - a situation that appears to be a personal business choice after her move to Maine, yet it is being treated as an unavoidable excuse. It is now May 4th. Tax day has passed, my mother's taxes are now filed with another preparer with a late penalty, and we have received zero communication.
