Fast service in less than 24 hours, and an even better price. After calling 3 different places to get a quote on price, Olympic was by far the friendliest and most willing to help me with getting my scratched rim fixed. I got an instant quote, and made an appointment for the same week. Within 24 hours, my rim was fixed and they called me to let me know I could pick it up anytime. I would highly recommend their service if you're looking to get work done. I can only attest to the rim work, but I'm sure the rest of their services are equally as professional. I can't even tell the rim was ever damaged in the first place. A pleasure to do business with, and surely will recommend to any friend who needs like work done. read more

Fantastic price and service! Directed to the shop after stopping by Tireplus, and got the aluminum bent rim repaired in a day. The price was lower than most of the recommendations on the internet and the owner helped us put on the wheel at no charge. Very direct communication! Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a fast and simple service. read more

Took my jag here to get the rims resurfaced and they are like brand new again. Really impressed with his work and communication. Another machine shop wanted $10 more. From what I found its a good deal. As I waited some really nice high end vehicles were also there getting work done. read more

We came two weeks ago to get my rims fixed since i cracked one of the rear rims. His schedule seem very flexible since he willing to fit you in on the same day but you have to wait for a few hours. I came the next day since i couldnt wait for 5 hrs. He told me to come at 4 and i came at 4:30 yet he still hasnt finished so i was mad because it was unprofessional. I came back an hour later and thanks god he was finished. Everything looked good but his attitude wasnt friendly at all. Im paying for this so there is no reason to be rude and he was late fixing my rim. I recommend this place if you can't afford to go to dealer to have your rims fixed. He charged me $80 for one cracked rim. He didnt even give me a discount since he was not on time and gave me an attitude. read more

They even filled up the gas tank for us. I really appreciated how they also explained everything that needed fixing in plain English that made sense so we fully understood exactly what needed to be done before they started working on it. However, as soon as I left the shop, they removed the tires and never put air back in them. My car has Run-Flat tires, which can be damaged very easily when driven without proper air pressure. Thank God I turned around quickly. I had not washed my car until today, September 30th, and that's when I noticed that one of the tires was missing one of the special Mercedes-Benz wheel-lock nuts. I immediately went back to the shop to explain what had happened and ask where the missing lug nut was. The owner--I don't know his name--was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, he simply told me that he would "see if he could help me." The special lug nut was never found. Instead, he gave me a generic replacement that was not even remotely the correct Mercedes-Benz part. I would NEVER recommend this place. They do not respect their customers, and their employees are not careful when removing or reinstalling wheels. NEVER GO THERE.
