Ellen is knowledgeable, kind, and very concerned about communicating and giving you exactly what you need (rather than assuming, as some do!). I would, absolutely, recommend her to anyone needing anything from a relaxing massage to a therapeutic one (and she also does lymph drainage as well as meditative relaxation techniques). She's locally located in town, takes my insurance, which is a big plus, and her office is always clean and well kempt.

Every stroke felt intentional and therapeutic -- not just relaxing but truly healing. The space itself is calm, clean, -- you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. I left feeling lighter, more mobile, and grounded. It's rare to find a practitioner who combines such deep knowledge with intuitive touch, but Willow does it well. If you're looking for real therapeutic work -- whether for pain relief, recovery, or stress -- this is the place. I can't recommend Zefyris Modalities highly enough. I'll definitely be back!

Kelly was very friendly and took the time to find out any issues I wanted worked on during the massage. I let her know that my main goal was a relaxing, feel-good massage since I was on vacation but also that I was tight in my upper back and shoulders. She managed both my goals simultaneously and I left feeling great and knot-free! I've been disappointed with several other massage therapists giving only 45-50 min of massage during hour long sessions but Kelly gave 60+ min of massage. I haven't tried hot stone massage before but saw she offers 90 min sessions with hot stone for only $15 more, might be something to try next time!

On and off trying to find therapist that would match my expectations was no luck until i found William! Im very picky about massages but William seems to be born for that! I had an issue with my shoulder and had appointment already booked with chiropractor couple of days after my massage with William. I dont know how he did it, but after his massage i had no more pain in my shoulder and back. I cancelled chiropractor. William does very professional massage, he knows how to find and work the knots out and most important is his technique! It is so different from what i have experienced so far. Hello all! I am beyond grateful to have had the recent pleasure and privilege to participate in…read moreNicholas' 10-week Rolfing series. Each week was a new lesson on getting to know my body before, during and after receiving deeply informed and profoundly respectful care restructuring. I genuinely do feel like a car that has finally been to a mechanic, and also has learned mechanisms for driving the car in ways that will reduce the likelihood of returning someday in such bad shape - and oh, boy, was I in rough shape. I now feel motivated to strengthen and care for my body in ways that required forcing myself before this series. I cannot recommend this highly enough - and to clarify, this is not massage where it feels lovely for the hour and shortly thereafter, but does not provide long-term relief. That is like popping out the dents of the car... with this work, while sometimes uncomfortable, I have seen a reduction in all of my chronic conditions and hear the same from my friends who have done this as well. All of this to say, this was worth every penny and more, if I had it :) Nicholas is professional, considerate, provides a safe and welcoming space and is infinitely knowledgeable about health, holistic medicine, nature and likely much more. Such a gift to have access to this kind of care and at such an accessible price.
